A Clean, Well-Lighted Place
I thought it might be time for a little tour of the work room.
I’m not particularly tidy and don’t care if other people know it. But I do spend time between builds in a kind of research and development phase that does include a certain amount of housekeeping. The lack of spray-painting means that everything is reasonably neat. No huge clouds of overspray, etc.
Here’s the stash.
My stash isn’t particularly big. It does contain a few anachronisms, such as the Aurora kits, which will probably never be built. Probably. I also have a collection of other hobby items, such as video games, board games, books and magazines.
I have a growing collection of old kit boxes from the sixties. These have a special place in my heart even if they do remind me of the baseball card from Stephen King’s Needful ThingsĀ as they gradually mildew on the shelf. My precious!
I also have two objects which fall into the category of “pride of my collection.” Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Revell-O-Ramas!
